  • Spiritually stuck
  • Chronic illness and hope
  • Anxiety, depression, and trauma
  • Depletion and lack of resilience
  • Lack of inspiration and creative solutions/actions

Transformational Intensive

During this transformational three-day weekend, you will have the opportunity to take stock of your relationship with the All That Is, and to cultivate an approach to integrated spirituality. Clarify the ways of connecting with the divine that still serve you and those that you are ready to shed. Learn how to quickly go deep with music and sound, and with qi gong, a Chinese system for spiritual and physical health. The rituals we create together will support your initiation into this new part of the journey. You will return home with a personalized, concrete plan to continue your growth.

Areas covered include:

  • The impact of your family of origin and early religious and spiritual experiences
  • Overcoming transference
  • Reflection and integration of your personal spiritual or mystical experiences
  • Using music for healing, balance, and spiritual practice
  • Engaging in spiritual practices that provide depth and meaning for you now

Are You ready for your Next Step?

Whether you are taking this Intensive for your clinical practice or personal use, or both, this Intensive is designed to:

  • Support your personal process
  • Provide you with valuable tools
  • Inspire and expand your horizons

The framework for our immersion into the luminous world of deeper wisdom and knowledge will be provided by:

  • Intellectual inquiry, discussion, and experiential education
  • Music and sound healing – for personal and professional use
  • Qi Gong – aligning breath, awareness, and fluid movement for exercise, healing, and meditation
  • Community building

Gain insights into personal and global questions on how to:

  • Be an instrument of peace
  • Shift human consciousness
  • Ask better questions
